Our glorious arrival into Kiev

Here we are in Kiev waiting to board our Aerosvit flight to Donetsk. It was a hot afternoon and the plane sat on the tarmac for hours in the sun before we were allowed onboard. once seated, it was another 15 minutes before the captain started the engines and enabled the air conditioning. It was suffocatingly hot in the cabin, and we were exhausted after the 10 hour flight from New York.

After a rigid journey, we have arrived!
