Lenin is everywhere
Here is my sister and me with V.I. Lenin in one of the hundreds of parks that bear his name. He is still considered one of the most important figures in the country's history. Below that is a gigantic old movie theater named in honor of our boy. The Soviets did things BIG. The theater, which is in Konstantinovka, is in ruins now.

I've recently learned that they hold "yarmarka's" or occasional flea markets in the old theater. Of course I realized this after the most recent one was over, but I can't wait to catch one and get to see the inside.
